Q&A on European Server
Many players have shown great interests in the upcoming European server and handed in many questions. In order to help our players know more about the European Server, we have answered some of these questions as follows.
Q: Is the European game edition the same as the US one?
A: Yes. The aim for the European Server is to relieve the network delay when European players play the game. We will also be adding a new European Server option into the servers list. Thus, players can choose a server according to their needs.
Q: If I am American, can I log into the European Server?
A: We welcome players throughout the world to play Wonderland Online. All players are able to choose any server without any limitation. American players can choose the European Server and European players can choose a US server. However, we suggest that players choose the server which is closest to their country to avoid network delay.
Q: If I choose the European Server, does my former character in the US Server still exist?
A: Certainly. When you log into the US server again, you can use your former character.
Q: Can I transfer my character in the US Server to the European Server?
A: Currently, we don't provide this service. If you want to play in the European Server, you must create a new character and play the game from the beginning.
Q: If I play in the European Server, are my Mall points in the US Server still available?
A: Your Mall points are connected with your IGG account. As long as you play the game with the same account, your points are available, no matter which server you are in.
Q: When will you release servers for other regions?
A: We will release more servers for other regions in accordance with specific conditions. Please be patient! Thank you for your support!
