Electronic goods purchased through www.igg.com (and all its related websites) require acceptance of Terms and Conditions prior to their use. The act of downloading, viewing, or using electronic purchases constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Upon installation or use of any electronically purchased product, you agree that the electronic product is no longer eligible for return. Prior to installation or use, the purchase of electronic products are subject to a full refund, should you choose.

If buyers pay by instant payment such as credit card, the e-goods will be automatically delivered to buyers' IGG account as soon as we receive the payment instantly. Because the point cards is not entities and we deliver it instantly by internet, so we don't have buyers' shipping address. So we make sure that we have deliver the items to all our buyers who paid by credit card, except some paid by e-check and canceled orders.

Any refund will be suspected as deception. We will send an inquiry email to you after we receive the refund within two working days. Please reply it ASAP. If you don't make any response until we send the third inquiry email, we will send a lawyer's letter to you and transfer this case to the professional service company. That company will negotiate with you until the recovery of funds. We will pursue your legal obligations. IGG reserves all explanation rights.
